Mediation has become a popular alternative to contentious public courtrooms, and its success rate is remarkably high across the country. Unlike a judge, a mediator doesn’t make decisions, but a trained and effective mediator will facilitate the communication and good faith negotiation that is necessary to come to settlement terms. Many parties to mediation throughout Massachusetts have retained me in a limited capacity to consult privately about their legal issues, offer suggested resolutions and draft settlement agreements.

Mediation is also a Convenient, cost effective and less intrusive way for parties in DIVORCE proceedings to avoid the expense and time of a trial and create a divorce agreement to present to the court.
