I’ll review your proposed contract, explain your rights and duties under it, and I’ll approve or negotiate important provisions. If you’re a buyer, you’re probably making the largest purchase in your life. There are home inspection and mortgage provisions and deadlines that require monitoring.

Of course, I’ll be with you at closing to review and approve every paper in that stack that you’re required to sign or that the seller is required to deliver. I can make certain that your title is clear of any liens, clouds or encumbrances. If you’re the seller, I will order or draft all documents necessary for closing, and work toward effectively clearing any title issues that might arise. Real estate contracts have strict time limitations.
